Connect to your T: drives on a PC with Windows 11

Make sure user is staff/faculty. If user is a student employee, Service Desk can only give access to the SE account. Do NOT give T-drive access to studentsanyone. It will be retired August 31 2024.

Step-by-step

  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to This PC.

  2. At the top of the window, right-click on This PC, then Map network drive.

  3. In the new window select a letter from the Drive drop-down menu.  Use T: for a University TEAM folder, or S: for the Share drive (for specific data unsupported by SharePoint).

  4. Enter the file path of the network drive you'd like to connect to

    1. T: Drive: \\seattleu.edu\team\TEAM

    2. S: Drive: \\seattleu.edu\share

  5. Check the box for Reconnect at sign-in and Connect using different credentials

  6. Click Finish.

  7. It will ask you to log in, using the full email address ‘username@seattleu.edu’ as the username format.

  8. Check the box Remember my credentials
