The VPN software, the GlobalProtect client, is supported on Windows 7 or later and Apple Mac OS 10.10 or later. It is not currently supported on mobile devices. It is very important to follow the step-by-step instructions in the Software Setup Guide when installing the VPN software on your computer. GlobalProtect can be used on current Windows and MacOS operating systems. See the GlobalProtect Setup Guide for the particular operating system to confirm compatibility of your operating system and our GlobalProtect application. Computers running an unsupported operating system, identified as no longer supported by the software manufacturer, cannot use GlobalProtect.
