Instructions
On the Navigation bar, click Calendar
On the Organize tab, click Open Shared Calendar
In the Search box, type the name of the calendar (or the person whose calendar you are accessing), and press Enter
Select if, and click Open
The shared calendar appears in the left navigation pane under Shared Calendars
