Classroom Services is part of the Service Desk, who together supports over 120 classrooms on campus at Seattle U. This support includes:

  • Classroom AV and Computer troubleshooting

  • AV equipment Setup/Checkout

  • Special Event Support

When making a Classroom Support call, please gather the information below. Then, call the Service Desk, who will troubleshoot via phone and dispatch a technician if needed.

  • Building

  • Room Number

  • Name of person requesting assistance

  • The reason for their call
