Connect your mobile device to your Seattle University email account via the Outlook app.Expand

Tap on the App store icon on your iPhone
Search for Microsoft Outlook and tap on Get
Once it is downloaded/installed you will be able to Open the app as shown below
Enter your SU email address and tap on Add account
At this screen, tap on Office 365
You should then see this prompt and sign-in as usual
A prompt will appear asking to Add Another Account. Click Maybe Later to proceed
After that, Outlook will have prompts displaying features that the user can swipe through or you can click on Skip to access the inbox. Also the last prompts will ask if Outlook can send notifications. Allow notifications to come through.
Please allow a couple minutes for your SU email to load all the way through. It should look like this:

If setting up the Outlook app to update from Legacy (Basic) Authentication, first go to the Android mail app and remove your SU account. |
Tap on the Play store on your Android
Tap on the search box
Type Microsoft Outlook
Tap Install then Accept
Tap on Get started
Enter your SU email address and tap on Continue
...
You should then see this prompt and sign-in as usual
A prompt will appear asking to Add Another Account. Click Maybe Later or Skip
After that, Outlook will have prompts displaying features that the user can swipe through or you can click on Skip to access the inbox. Please allow a couple minutes for your SU email to load all the way through
