Checking your voicemail on Teams desktop app:
From the calling tab, select voicemail from the top right corner of the screen
Click on the voicemail you’d like to hear/read
You can click the play icon or read the transcription from the pane on the right
Checking your voicemail on a physical Teams phone:
On the Home screen select Voicemail.
Click on the voicemail you’d like to hear/read.
You can click the play icon or read the transcription from the pane that appears below the message.
