Non GL/Non Student Data

GL/Financial Data

The GL models are managed using row-level security (RLS). To grant access to these reports you first need to add them to the RLS in the dataset then give them access to the report following the above process for non GL/non student data.

Student Data (WIP)

Once you have permission to add the requester to BI_DataAccess_Academic1, add them to the Azure Group (under membership) and they should then have access to the following reports:

  • Graduate Admissions Funnel Report

  • Admissions Funnel Report

  • Term Census

  • Registration Report

  • Active Not Registered for Program Outreach Report

  • UG Student Retention and Persistence Dashboard

The requester can then access the reports either using the direct link if you provide them with it or via the “shared with me” tab under Browse.
