How to install Visio or Microsoft Project for Personal Use

Students, Faculty, and Staff are provided with a free Microsoft Azure educational membership. Popular Microsoft products, such as the latest Windows, Project, Visio, Visual Studio and more, may be available to you at no charge. Software is licensed for personal and educational use, you should not use it for commercial purposes. You may download the software and install on your personal devices. Some of the software applications expire after a year and some do not expire.    

Do not download this software for work use. It is only for personal or education use. If you need to purchase a license for work use, contact us through the IT Service Desk Help Center

Instructions

  1. Visit this website and login with your SU credentials.

  2. Once you are logged in, click the Software link in the left-sidebar.

  3. Search for the software you wish to install.

  4. When you click the software, choose Download from the right-sidebar that appears.

In the right-sidebar you will need to copy/show the key as you will need that for activation once the program is installed.
