Papercut Known Issues on Newly Issued Devices

If you receive a new device and it does not have papercut installed, you may need to contact the service desk to have them install it for you.

Instructions

  1. Search for Papercut in the windows search bar

  2. If there’s no papercut application installed, contact the service desk to get it installed

  3. In the meantime, you can use Web Print

  4. Search for Web Print from the Windows search bar

  5. Click the browser icon for Web Print

  6. Follow instructions in this document to use Web Print
