Print on campus

https://www.seattleu.edu/managed-print-services/

Students are automatically granted a print balance of $10 at the beginning of each quarter. If you have leftover prints at the end of a quarter, the balance rolls over quarter to quarter. Your balance will be reset at the beginning of the Fall quarter and any unused balance from the previous year will be forfeited.

Students, faculty, and staff can print to any MPS device on campus through the SU print queue. When you click "print" on your document and send it to the queue, you may go to any machine on campus, tap or swipe your card, and your document will be printed there.

Printing Fees

All printing charges are based on per page of ink:

  • For printing and copying, users are charged $0.08 to print a one-sided black-and-white letter-sized page. Users are charged $0.16 for a double-sided black-and-white letter-sized page.

  • For printing and copying, users are charged $0.18 for a one-sided color letter-sized page. Users are charged $0.36 for a double-sided color letter-sized page.

  • For printing and copying 11x17 pages, all the above prices are double.
