Online Photo Submission

New and incoming students are invited to use the Online Photo Submission web portal to submit their Campus Card ID photos in advance of their arrival on campus.

For start of the academic year, students who will be living on campus may pick up their card at their residence hall front desk on move in day.

Any students who are not living on campus, or any students arriving at any time other than the start of fall quarter, may pick up their card at SUpercopy in the basement of the Pavilion building (PAVL 050).

For more information, including photo requirements, please visit the SUpercopy website: https://www.seattleu.edu/supercopy/printing-fax-and-other-services/campus-id-cards/

Online Photo Submission uses AI to remove backgrounds, auto-rotate and crop photos, and also to judge whether a photo would be approved. You may experience some issues as HelperBot gets “smarter” with time. You will receive email confirmation once your photo is officially approved.

Instructions

There are two ways to upload a photo to a Campus Card:

  1. Use the link “Click to submit a new photo” on this page. This should direct you to the Online Photo Submission portal. You may need to enter your SU email address when prompted, but it should bypass this if you are already registered in the portal.

  1. Look for the email with the subject “Welcome to Online Photo Submission” from the “SeattleU Online Photo” <onlinephoto@transactcampus.com> email account. It should look similar to the screenshot below and contains instructions on selecting a photo that will be approved.

  2. Click the gray “Submit your photo” button to submit your ID photo.
