Fax.Plus - Sign-In Process

This article serves as a guide for Seattle University users to navigate the sign-in interface for Fax.Plus.

Sign-in process

In order to sign into your Seattle University Fax.Plus account, you must first be added to the Fax.Plus SSO Users and Groups group in Microsoft Entra. This process will automatically provision an account for you with Fax.Plus. Please reach out to the Service desk to request access.

If you are reading this during the Fax.Plus testing or rollout phase (Spring/Summer 2025), please reach out to Joey Savignano directly via email or Teams, jsavignano@seattleu.edu.

  1. Enter your Seattle University email address here: https://app.fax.plus/login, then click Sign In. If you are prompted for a password, please reach out to the Service Desk. That would indicate that either your account did not provision correctly, you aren’t a member of the required group, or you are not currently signed into a Microsoft account that has SSO access to this service.

Signing into Fax.Plus for the first time will allow ITS to assign a fax line to you. Please let the ITS staff member working your ticket know that you have completed the sign-in process and are ready for a fax number assignment.

If you are reading this during the Fax.Plus testing phase, you likely do not have a ticket. Please reach out to Joey Savignano directly via email or Teams, jsavignano@seattleu.edu.
