Connect to SU Email - Android Devices

Step-by-step

Option #1

  1. Navigate to the Settings > Accounts.

  2. Tap on Add Account.

  3. Choose Outlook.com.

4. Enter your email address and password, and tap Sign In

5. You may receive a warning "Security Warning: There are problems with the security certificate for this. The name of the site does not match the name on the certificate." Hit Continue.

6. Be sure the settings are as follows:

  • Email address: full email

  • Domain \ username: \ full email (you don't need to enter domain)

  • Password: password

  • Exchange server: office365.com

  • Checkuser secure connection (SSL).

  • Uncheck Use client certificate.

Option #2

  1. Navigate to the Settings > Applications.

  2. Choose Email.

  3. Tap Manage Accounts, then Add account.

  4. Enter your email address and password, and tap Next

  5. You may receive a warning "Security Warning: There are problems with the security certificate for this. The name of the site does not match the name on the certificate." Hit Continue.

  6. Be sure the settings are as follows:

  • Email address: full email

  • Domain\username: \full email (you don't need to enter domain)

  • Password: password

  • Exchange server: outlook.office365.com

  • Check user secure connection (SSL).

  • Uncheck Use client certificate.
