Step-by-step

  1. Click File > Print and select the printer called SU-Print-Queue.

  2. Select Printer Properties. In other applications, this may be called Properties, Print Properties, Preferences, Options, or something similar.

     

Color Printing

  1. A new window will open. The properties are set to Black & White, with 1-sided prints.

     

  2. Uncheck the Black and White option in the lower right hand corner to print in color.

    Note: the image in the upper left-hand corner changes based on the options selected. 

  3. Click Print to continue.

     

  4. If you are a Faculty/Staff member or a Student Worker, this PaperCut dialogue box will appear. Select the account to charge to, and click Print.

     

  5. Log into the desired MPS station and print your document.

     

Binding, Stapling, Double-Sided Printing Options

  1. A new window will open. The properties are set to Black & White, with 1-sided prints.

     

  2. Adjust the settings in the Document Style and Finishing sections to choose binding, stapling, and double-sided options. 

    Note: the image on the left changes based on the options selected. 

  3. Click Print to continue.

     

  4. If you are a Faculty/Staff member or a Student Worker, this PaperCut dialogue box will appear. Select the account to charge to, and click Print

     

  5. Log into the desired MPS station and print your document.
