What does it cost me to print/copy/scan?

• MPS scanning is free.

• For black and white printing and copying:

  • Users are charged $0.06 per side for page sizes of letter (8.5x11), legal (8.5x14), and smaller. 

  • Users are charged $0.12 per side for page sizes larger than legal, such as 11x17.

• For color printing and copying:

  • Users are charged $0.1175 per side for page sizes of legal (8.5x14) and smaller.

  • Users are charged $0.235 per side for page sizes larger than legal, such as 11x17.

What is provided by the program?

• Over 140 Sharp multi-function devices (MFDs) that can print black and white or color, scan, and more

• A fleet of backup desktop HP printers (these may be the primary devices for smaller groups)

• White 30% recycled 8.5 x 11 paper

• Toner

• Staples for the MFDs

• Preventive maintenance

• Service and parts

• Training
