Summary

Connect your mobile device to your Seattle University email account via the Outlook app.

If setting up the Outlook app to update from Legacy (Basic) Authentication, first go to the Android mail app and remove your SU account.

  1. Tap on the Play store on your Android

  2. Tap on the search box

  3. Type Microsoft Outlook

  4. Tap Install then Accept

  5. Tap on Get started

  6. Enter your SU email address and tap on Continue

  7. You should then see this prompt and sign-in as usual

  8. A prompt will appear asking to Add Another Account. Click Maybe Later or Skip

  9. After that, Outlook will have prompts displaying features that the user can swipe through or you can click on Skip to access the inbox. Please allow a couple minutes for your SU email to load all the way through
