NOTE: The multifactor authentication in GlobalProtect caches your username and password after the first successful connection. When you click Connect in future GlobalProtect sessions, you will not be prompted to enter your username and password if you have authenticated to any SeattleU resource requiring multifactor authentication within the last 7 days from this computer. To run GlobalProtect as a different user, such as a student employee, you have to log out of all Microsoft authenticated services in order to be prompted for a different username and password. The steps are detailed in (pending). |
