LabStats is an application which allows faculty and students to remotely access Seattle University computer lab machines.
Instructions
These instructions are for access from off-campus. If you would like to use LabStats from on-campus, skip to step 3 and connect to https://remoteaccess.labstats.com/seattle-university from either a wired reshall location or SU-secure.

Install GlobalProtect VPN on your device. Please follow this article to install GlobalProtect VPN:

Once installed please connect to the VPN so that you are connected to SU network.

Everything should be successfully downloaded, and your account is created. Run your newly downloaded VNC viewer.
If you need to log in for the first time, please follow steps 1A- D.
When launching VNC Viewer from your device you will be see this this window to operate . Choose the Sign-in button located at the top right of the window.

c. After attempting to sign-in you will be confronted with this screen here. Asking you to “Authorize sign-in” go ahead and do that and prepare to check your email address for a sign-in key will be sent there.
D. You will then receive an email very similar to this one in order to verify that you are the one signing into your account. Select CONTINUE SIGNING IN. (see below)

2. After you are logged in, you will then be brought to this menu where you see the Seattle University tab on the left hand side of the window. Please select this to see all devices. This screen does not show whether the devices are in use. To view available devices, users will need to access Labstats. (See below for link and instructions)
Note: Do not close VNC Viewer as this will be used further in the process.

3. Go to https://remoteaccess.labstats.com/seattle-university

to view available devices. On the left side of the window you will view available computer labs. The right hand pane will show all available devices. Devices currently in use will not appear.
4. Scroll to find a particular computer

and note the name of the device. You will need this data for the next step.

After clicking “Connect,” follow the instructions on the screen according to which operating system you are using.

Once you are connected log in with your SeattleU credentials and use the lab computer as needed.

5. Return to VNC Viewer and scroll through the list of devices to find the available device you noted that is available in Labstats

6. Once you are select the device you will Sign-in using your Seattle University Credentials.
