Notification Email - “SU Forms: Your Action is Required”
When your action is required to act on a form, you will receive an email notification as shown:

The email notification will always have the same subject - “SU Forms: Your action is required” and the same sender “Seattle U Forms” as shown:
The body of the email notification will contain four items:
The name of the form that requires your action:
A link that will directly take you to the form in question:
Contact info for the department responsible for processing the form:
A link to a self-help guide on using Etrieve Forms at Seattle University:
Following the Link in the Email Notification
Clicking on the link in the email notification will take you directly to the form at your Seattle University Etrieve Forms page:
The form in question from the email notification will be opened in the right panel where you can take the appropriate action
Your Inbox at Etrieve Forms
The form in question, the same form from the email notification, also lives in your Etrieve inbox as shown:
Manually accessing your Etrieve Inbox is another way to find forms that require your action.

If you click on Inbox, you will see a list of all forms that require your action. Each listed form will contain:
The name of the form
Personal identifiers regarding the form
The name of the last user who took action on the form and sent it your way
If you click on one of the forms in your inbox, the right panel will open that form, and the page will look exactly like the link we followed from the email notification earlier:
