If a user needs to update their Azure MFA settings, they can follow the steps below. The Service Desk cannot update MFA for a user. Only , only the user can update their settings. The Service Desk can only clear current MFA settings for the user to perform the first-time MFA registration again. If you forgot your device, please contact the Service Desk for help at servicedesk@seattleu.edu or by calling 206-296-5571.
Open a browser and navigate to https://aka.ms/mfasetup
The user will need to authenticate and complete a MFA prompt.
If you are unable to sign in, please contact the Service Desk.
