If a device cannot successfully connect/register using the SU-Visitor portal open a request to register the device’s physical (MAC) address for SU-Visitor access is required. Registering a device will allow smart devices, such as IoT widgets, smart TV/speakers or game consoles, unauthenticated internet access. This access will be set to expire at the end of the current school year.
