Printing Colleague Reports from Datatel Desktop UI 2.3  

  1. On the Printer Definition screen (see Diagram 1), manually select a MPS printer/print queue or leave it blank on the Printer field. If leave blank, your print jobs will go to your default MPS print queue. The naming convention of your MPS print queue is yourusername -por132. For example, Joe Smith username is "smithj" so his MPS print queue is named "smithj-por132".
