Printing Colleague Reports from UI 4.4
On the Printer Definition screen (see Diagram 1), manually select a MPS printer/print queue or leave it blank on the Printer field. If leave blank, your print jobs will go to your default MPS print queue. The naming convention of your MPS print queue is yourusername -por132. For example, Joe Smith username is "smithj" so his MPS print queue is named "smithj-por132".
2. Click on the "Save" or "Save All" button to finish your Colleague process
3. The Print Job Notification window (see Diagram 2) will be automatically pop-up to allow you to select an activity. If your Colleague process generates more than one report, there will be one pop-up for each report. By design, you will need to respond to each pop-pop.
4. Release print job at MPS printer (See Diagram 3) by swiping your Seattle University photo ID card on the card swipe on the printer or login to the printer using your Windows login and password.
