This page shows how to login to Etrieve Forms for Seattle University users.

  1. Go to the following address: https://forms.seattleu.edu

  2. Click on the Seattle University Logo. Ignore the login fields at the bottom of the page, as they are reserved for developers.

  3. Enter your Seattle U email and password when prompted.

  4. Upon successful login, you will this page with one panel on the left:
