This guide will walk you through uninstalling GlobalProtect.

  1. In the Search window, lower left of your Windows desktop, type uninstall then click on Add or Remove Programs

  2. In the Search apps field, type global, click the ellipse (three dots) menu of the GlobalProtect entry, then select Uninstall

  1. Follow the prompts on the screen to uninstall GlobalProtect. If prompted to select Yes or No to continue, please choose Yes. If you are asked to enter administrative credentials and after entering your credentials you receive a message similar to ‘The requested action requires elevation’ please submit a ticket with the Service Desk to setup a remote appointment for assistance.

If there are multiple GlobalProtect entries, please repeat the steps above for each entry.
