If a student /faculty needs to use Audio while using Labstats, they will need to purchase/request a license for Adobe CC and install on their personal device as Labstats doesn't transfer audio while remoting in.
1. Users will need to download VNC Viewer to remote into a lab machine. Please Refer to the How to Install VNC Viewer documentation before continuing.
2. After successfully downloading VNC Viewer and creating your account, open VNC Viewer from your device.

3a. When launching VNC Viewer from your device, you will be see the below window. Choose the Sign-in button located at the top right of the window.

3b. After attempting to sign in you will be confronted with a screen asking you to “Authorize sign-in” go ahead and sign in. Please visit your email inbox and sign in.

3c. You will then receive an email, as seen below, v in order to verify that you are the one signing into your account. Select “CONTINUE SIGNING IN.”

4. After you are logged in, you will then be brought to the menu below. Please note the Seattle University tab on the left hand side of the window, select this to see all devices. This screen does not show whether the devices are in use and lists ALL devices. To view available devices, proceed to step five to access Labstats.
