If you’re experiencing issues with GlobalProtect on a PC, try first repairing the program in Control Panel. See the instructions below for a step-by-step guide.

3. Ensure ‘View by:’ is set to Category in the top right of this window.

4. Click ‘Uninstall a program’ in the bottom left of this screen.
5. Find ‘GlobalProtect’ on this list and single click it .
6. GlobalProtect should now be highlighted in blue or grey, next click ‘Repair’ (located on the top bar — see photo below)

7. Follow the steps to repair the program.

Windows desktop
Type

add remove then click on Add or Remove Programs icon in the upper right
Locate GlobalProtect in the list, click the … option at the right, then select Modify
Select Repair GlobalProtect. The application will be re-installed.
Once completed click Close
After the program is repaired, please test connecting again. If you are asked to enter a portal address, enter remote.seattleu.edu
