How to Repair GlobalProtect on a Windows PC

If you’re experiencing issues with GlobalProtect on a PC, try first repairing the program. See the instructions below for a step-by-step guide.

Instructions

  1. Click the Search box in the lower left of the Windows desktop

  2. Type add remove then click on Add or Remove Programs icon in the upper right

  3. Locate GlobalProtect in the list, click the option at the right, then select Modify

  4. Select Repair GlobalProtect. The application will be re-installed.

  5. Once completed click Close

  6. After the program is repaired, please test connecting again. If you are asked to enter a portal address, enter remote.seattleu.edu
