LabsStats is an application which allows faculty and students to remotely access Seattle University computer lab machines.

Instructions

These instructions are for access from off-campus. If you would like to use LabStats from on-campus, skip to step 3.

  1. Install GlobalProtect VPN on your device. Please follow this article to install GlobalProtect VPN:

    https://www.seattleu.edu/its/support/downloads/

  2. Once installed please connect to the VPN so that you are connected to SU network.

  3. Go to https://remoteaccess.labstats.com/seattle-university.

    You will see the lab computers listed. Scroll to find a particular computer lab and click “Connect” on any available machine.

  4. After clicking “Connect,” follow the instructions on the screen according to which operating system you are using.

  5. Once you are connected log in with your SeattleU credentials and use the lab computer as needed.

  6. Please logout once you are done with your work.
