Description

ITS-EDW-SQL1 is the main database server for the second legacy Data Warehouse after SUDDS. It has WhereScape installed. OH Hierarchy resides in this server as does some ITS Integration team’s jobs.

    1. ColleagueDS - appears to be a staging DB of some sort, most of the tables are empty, except for the HR_Position table which has what looks like outdated data. Probably no longer used.

    2. DataGov - for the Data Governance app that was in development circa 2016. No longer used

    3. DWStaging - staging DB for the data warehouse, original idea was to use WhereScape to transform data here into the EDW -don’t know whether that is still done

    4. EDW - main data warehouse

    5. IR_Development - self-explanatory

    6. MDS - for the Master Data Services project in development circa 2016. No longer used.

    1. three jobs for the MDS database. Still running, but no longer used
