Printing from your University Workstation

To use activity budget lines, you must...

  1. BE ADDED TO AN MPS PRINT GROUP
    In order to print work documents from your department's budget, you must be added to an MPS Print Group. Student workers may be added to MPS Print Groups, but be sure to add their regular student account to the Group, NOT their SA-account.

  2. HAVE PRINTER DRIVER AND APPLICATION INSTALLED

    • Mac users: A print driver and application must be installed in order to print from a University Mac. Most University Macs will already have this installed. If yours does not have a print driver and application pre-installed, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.

    • PC users must restart their University computers, and the printer driver and application will be auto-installed when you next log in. For your University PC laptop, please plug it into the University Network on campus using an ethernet cord, restart the computer, and log in to auto-install.
