Checking voicemail on Teams Phones

Checking your voicemail on Teams desktop app:

1. From the calling tab, select voicemail from the top right corner of the screen

   1. Open

      

2. Click on the voicemail you’d like to hear/read

3. You can click the play icon or read the transcription from the pane on the right

   1. Open

      

Checking your voicemail on a physical Teams phone:

1. On the Home screen select Voicemail.

2. Click on the voicemail you’d like to hear/read.

3. You can click the play icon or read the transcription from the pane that appears below the message.
