Change voicemail greeting on Teams desktop app

1. Click on … next your profile picture in the top right corner

2. Now click on Settings

3. Under the Calls tab, click the button for Configure Voicemail

   1. Open

      

4. Here you can record a greeting, type a greeting, and select your call answering rules.

Change voicemail greeting on a physical Teams phone

1. From the Home screen, select your profile picture in the top left corner.

2. Now select Settings.

3. Select the Calling section, then Change voicemail greetings.

   1. Open

      

4. This will begin a call with the voicemail menu to update the greeting. Follow the instructions provided by the call.
