Student Parking at Seattle University

Student parking permits are generally available in daily, monthly, and quarter or semester length formats.

Students can purchase parking permits at student rates through the iParq Permit Store, or general parking permits at public rates through the Parking Pay Stations (see locations below) and PayByPhone.

Seattle University currently has 8 parking lots/structures on campus that students may park in. They can be viewed in the campus map here and are listed by their various names below:

  • P1 - Main Parking Lot / Pigott Lot / Visitor Lot (Pay Station available in center of lot)

  • P2 - Murphy Garage (Pay Station available on 1st floor)

  • P3 - Broadway Garage (Pay Station available on 1st floor)

  • P4 - 10th and East Columbia Lot / Library Lot

  • P5 - 10th and East Jefferson Lot / Campion South Lot

  • P6 - 13th and East Cherry Lot / Columbia Lot

  • P7 - 14th and East Jefferson Lot / Redhawk Center Lot

  • P8 - Chardin Hall Lot

Student parking permits are valid in all parking lots on campus, with the following exceptions:

  • Student permits are not valid in P1 - Main Parking Lot / Pigott Lot / Visitor Lot from 9:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, unless properly using the EV chargers or with a Student Carpool permit

  • General parking permits purchased at the Parking Pay Stations and through PayByPhone are not restricted in P1 - Main Parking Lot / Pigott Lot / Visitor Lot

  • Student permits are not valid in any reserved spaces - this includes, but is not limited to, spaces reserved for Jesuit, A-1, A-2, and Admissions permits
