Campus Card - Deactivating Your Card

If your Campus Card has been lost or stolen, you need to deactivate your card.

Instructions

If your Campus Card has been lost or stolen, please immediately report it to Public Safety at (206) 296-5990. You may also deactivate the card online to prevent others from using the funds. Deactivated cards can only be reactivated by SUpercopy or the Public Safety office. You may pick up a temporary card that is valid for one week at either location. 

To replace a lost card, visit SUpercopy, located in Pavilion 010. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. There is a $22.00 fee for a replacement card.

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://www.seattleu.edu/eaccounts

  2. Log in with your Seattle University username and password.

 

3. On the main dashboard, under Card Services, click Deactivate Card.

4. Select the card you want, and click Deactivate Card.

Deactivated cards can only be reactivated by SUpercopy or the Public Safety office. You may pick up a temporary card that is valid for one week at either location.
