At this time, the Android mail app doesn’t support the modern authentication methods for accessing Seattle University email.  It is recommended to remove your SU account from the Android mail app and install the Outlook mobile app.

Instructions 

Option 1 – Outlook mobile app: 

  1. Follow these instructions to setup the Outlook mobile app 

Option 2 – Gmail app: 

  1. Follow these instructions to add your SU account to the Gmail app

Option 3 – Outlook on the web: 

Your SU email can always be accessed through Outlook on the web 

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) 

  2. Go to https://outlook.com/seattleu.edu 

  3. Sign in with your SU email address
