Rules - Emails immediately going to Deleted Items folder

Follow the steps below when Rules are not found in the user’s Outlook desktop client.

  1. Navigate to http://portal.office.com/ and sign in with your SU credentials

  2. Once you’re signed in, on the left side of the browser, click on the Outlook icon

     

  3. Click on Settings (top right) and scroll to the bottom to click on View all outlook settings

     

  4. Click on Mail then Rules

     

  5. If you see any Rules that are outdated/irrelevant, you can easily delete them by clicking on the trash icon as seen below

     

  6. When all Rules have been deleted, it should like the screenshot below. You can now test by emailing your SU account and double check that it has landed in your Inbox as expected.
