At this time, the majority of Android mail apps do not support modern authentication methods for accessing Seattle University email.  Samsung devices do support modern authentication, but if you are not using an Samsung Android device, then it is recommended to remove your SU account from the Android mail app and install the Outlook mobile app.

Instructions 

Option 1 – Outlook mobile app: 

  1. Follow these instructions to setup the Outlook mobile app 

Option 2 – Gmail app: 

  1. Follow these instructions to add your SU account to the Gmail app

Option 3 – Outlook on the web: 

Your SU email can always be accessed through Outlook on the web 

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) 

  2. Go to https://outlook.com/seattleu.edu 

  3. Sign in with your SU email address
