When legacy (basic) authentication is disabled, accessing email through the Android mail app may not work. ITS recommends using the Outlook app, but you may use the alternative methods below to access your SU email using modern authentication.

Instructions 

Option 1 – Gmail app: 

  1. Follow these instructions to add your SU account to the Gmail app

Option 2 – Outlook on the web: 

Your SU email can always be accessed through Outlook on the web 

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) 

  2. Go to https://outlook.com/seattleu.edu 

  3. Sign in with your SU email address
