When legacy (basic) authentication is disabled, accessing email through the Android mail app may not work.

Preferred Method for Accessing SU Email

Option 1- Outlook App

  1. Follow these instructions for setting up the Outlook App on your Android mobile device.

Other Methods for Accessing SU Email

Option 2 – Gmail app: 

  1. Follow these instructions to add your SU account to the Gmail app

Option 3 – Outlook on the web: 

Your SU email can always be accessed through Outlook on the web 

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) 

  2. Go to https://outlook.com/seattleu.edu 

  3. Sign in with your SU email address
