Change Account Used to Log In to GlobalProtect

Internal Use Only

Below are directions on how to change the account you use to login to the GlobalProtect VPN on Windows and Mac devices. 

Instructions

  1. Open the GlobalProtect client window. If Connected, click Disconnect.

  2. Open your web browser and go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com

  3. Click on the "Sign out everywhere" link at the bottom of the panel that contains your name, email, and phone number

  4. Select the account you want to be signed out of Microsoft applications. Be aware this action will log you out of all authenticated Microsoft applications including email.

  5. Open the GlobalProtect client window and click Connect. You should be prompted with the Microsoft “Pick an account” page to select a different account. If presented with the “Enter password” page for the previous account used in GlobalProtect, click the left arrow next to username@seattleu.edu to choose a different account.
