Changing Security Info for Password Reset

Sometimes you’ll need to change either your security info for your Seattleu account or how you authenticate. This guide will show you how to do both.

Instructions

  1. Sign into myaccount.microsoft.com with your seattleu email.

  2. Click on 'UPDATE INFO' here:

  3. Once here you’ll be able to see and change your Security info using the change buttons next to each option.

     

  4. If you need to change how you’re asked to authenticate click on ‘Change’ next to Default sign-in method.
