Getting to Colleague
Step-by-step
Please note that the Colleague UI can only be accessed while connected to the Seattle University network. If you need to connect to Colleague UI from off-campus, please first connect to the Seattle University network using the Palo Alto Global Protect VPN. The Palo Alto Global Protect VPN needs to be installed first and can be downloaded here. For information on accessing the Colleague UI please see the instructions below.
Windows Users: Please note that the Colleague UI can only be accessed via Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox browsers. Please see the instructions below to access Colleague UI using the URL (https://colleague.seattleu.edu).
Mac Users: To access the Colleague UI, you can use Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or the Firefox browser.
Windows Users-Using the URL:
Open one of supported browsers listed above and type the following URL into the top bar: https://colleague.seattleu.edu. You can bookmark the link for future reference.
When the Colleague UI launcher opens, select Click here to launch UI...
If you have any questions about accessing the Colleague UI, please email the ServiceDesk at ServiceDesk@SeattleU.edu.
To request new or updated access to Colleague UI, your manager must complete the Colleague Access Request form on the ITS Forms and Requests website.
