One Card Account
Students, Faculty and Staff may deposit funds into a One Card account on their campus card. A One Card account is a debit account that can be used for personal printing or for purchases at the university bookstore.
One Card vs. Meal Plans
A One Card account is NOT a meal plan. One Card funds cannot be used at any dining location.
Student meal plans may be purchased via the StarRez Housing portal. (Student Meal Plan Information)
Faculty and Staff meal plans may be purchased via the Dine on Campus website.
eAccounts
One Card funds may be deposited using the eAccounts website. See the links at the bottom of this article for help in depositing money onto your One Card account on your campus card.
One Card Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS available for One Card accounts. We encourage Students, Faculty and Staff to spend their One Card account at the university bookstore while they are at SU.
If you are a graduating senior and still have funds on your One Card that you will not be able to use up before you leave campus, please contact Student Financial Services at financialservices@seattleu.edu and request a refund. Please note that not all refund requests may be granted.
I deposited money onto my eAccounts One Card account thinking it was for my meal plan. Can I transfer my One Card balance to a meal plan account?
Unfortunately, no. We encourage you to use your One Card funds for bookstore purchases and printing while you are at SU.
Students may purchase a meal plan or supplemental meal plans via the StarRez Housing portal.
Faculty and Staff may purchase meal plans via the Dine on Campus website.
