Redhawk Labs Menu
This guide provides information on the different icons available in the menu
Instructions
The menu will look similar to this
Full-Screen Mode:
To enter fullscreen mode click on
To exit full-screen mode click on
(the menu is hidden in full-screen, hover over the top of your screen to view the menu)
Uploading/Downloading Files:
To upload a file from your computer to your session click on
To download a file from your session to your computer click on
Select the file you want to download
Creating and Restoring Snapshots: this will help rollback your session in case you accidentally delete a file (To learn more about this feature visit: Saving and Restoring Snapshots)
To take a snapshot of your session click on
Screen Sharing (To learn more about this feature visit: Screen Sharing)
To share your screen click on
Select whether you want to share your screen as view only, view and draw, or give full control. Then click on Copy Link and share the link
Analytics
To view analytics on your session click on
Sound Control
To Mute/UnMute your session click on
Network Quality
To view your network quality click on
Time Connected
This will let you know how long you have been connected to your session
Analytics
Click on the bar graph next to Activity this will also display your analytics
The Settings icon will display whether microphone and clipboard access have been enabled
To enable microphone access click on Enable microphone and allow the popup from your browser
To enable clipboard access click on Enable clipboard and allow the popup from your browser
