Redhawk Labs Using Shared Folders

This guide will walk the user through utilizing the Shared Folders available on Redhawk Labs. The files stored here will only be available in Redhawk Labs.

Instructions

  1. On your desktop, look for a folder called SEA Shared Folders and open it

     

  2. You will see the courses you are a part of, select the course folder where you want to place your files

  3. After selecting the folder, you can upload files by:

    1. Dragging and dropping files from your Redhawk Labs desktop into the course folder

    2. Using OneDrive

    3. Uploading it from your computer and then dragging and dropping it into the course folder

       

  4. Your students can access the files you uploaded by opening the SEA Shared Folders on their Redhawk Labs desktop and selecting the course folder

 

If you are uploading large files from OneDrive it is recommended to use the online version of OneDrive
