Access and Publisher

Users who have a Seattle University Office 365 License that includes desktop applications will have a license for Access and Publisher. However, Access and Publisher are not installed on university devices by default to avoid bloating devices unnecessarily. If you would like to have these applications on your device, please open a ticket including your Seattle University user name and device asset tag number or serial number here: https://seattleuniversity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/group/4/create/18

Project

Microsoft Project requires a standalone license that can be requested from our Technical Purchasing team.

Visio

Your SU account (and every other SU account) has access to SharePoint’s version of Visio Online, which is a functional but limited version of Visio, and does not include access to a downloadable version of Visio.   You can access SharePoint’s version of Visio Online by going to a SharePoint document library and clicking New > Visio drawing.  The Visio desktop application requires a separate license, which requires staff and faculty to request the purchase of through technical purchasing.
