Log Out of Zoom

If you are an SU student, faculty or staff member, you will be provisioned with a Zoom Pro license after you sign into Zoom via the SSO option with your SU credentials. If you find yourself on a Basic license, you will need to log out of Zoom. Follow these steps to log out of your current Zoom session.

Desktop App

How to log out of the Zoom desktop app:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.

2. Select the bottom option to Sign Out.

 

3. You are signed out of Zoom. Choose the SSO option to sign in again.

4. Enter in seattleu into the box and click continue.

5. Once you have signed in to your SU account, click the box in your browser to allow Zoom to open. You are now signed into the Zoom desktop app with your SU account, and should have a Pro license.

 

Web App

  1. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.

 

2. Choose the option to sign out.

3. You will see this logout screen. Close the tab.

4. Open a new tab and navigate to: https://seattleu.zoom.us. Sign in again using your SU credentials.
